Standard approach and customization  

Blinqx regularly asks us to perform Technical Due Diligence (TDD) in the event of an acquisition. This way, they can make well-founded decisions about possible acquisitions and assess and manage risks in advance.  

In every Technical Due Diligence (TDD), at Blis Digital, we consistently use our 7-step approach, where each TDD contains essential, fixed components. In addition to these standard components, we focus on specific areas of focus for each TDD. For example, assessing technical integration options for integrating products into the Blinqx portfolio or identifying improvements that apply to the entire portfolio.

Since 2019, we have been doing TDD projects for Blinqx. The team that works on these projects varies, but usually consists of two professionals, plus specialists for specific technologies. Depending on the project, we involve experts for, for example, source code analyses, infrastructure or security, etc. The duration of a TDD ranges from 2 to 4 weeks.
