What you will do as a project manager?

We would love to work with you in the position of project manager. It is important that you can do what you are good at and what you like. It is no coincidence that this often comes down to the same thing. In this position, you can, among other things, focus on supervising project implementation (time, money and scope) and maintaining customer relationships. In this way, together, we deliver a result that we are proud of.

We don't believe in giving you a very long list of must-haves right now, where you need a specific number of years of experience. After all, it's about the person who can really make a difference and if certain knowledge is not available, you'll just learn that with us because we use the principle 'hire for attitude, train for skill.

In short, do you recognize yourself in the following points?

To give you some guidance on what we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience.
• HBO/WO level of thinking.
• Good at supervising, coaching and motivating project teams.
• Familiar with Scrum methodology.
• Solid technical background to also be able to think along with the customer and the project team in terms of content.
• Experience working on the desk side and preferably in software development projects.
• Commercially assertive.
• Good command of the English and Dutch languages.
• You can create support among customers and other stakeholders.

We don't work in one specific industry: a SaaS platform for nSecure, a platform for ProRail, the application of machine learning for innovation projects and a professional game for KPMG. Really anything, and that's what makes working at Blis Digital so much fun!

What to expect from us?

We offer you an important position in our software solutions team and that includes excellent employment conditions.
