Cloud Infra Architect at Blis, what do you do?

As a Cloud Infra Architect at Blis Digital, you help design a secure cloud infrastructure in varied projects. You come up with network configurations and the best facilities for maximum scalability and availability. You apply best practices in the field of security and identity and access management. You are able to create automated pipelines to deploy infrastructure repeatably and efficiently, with a strong focus on automation and scripting to avoid manual, repetitive tasks. Because you hate that (just like us).

In addition, you continuously think about smart infrastructure choices for your customer, from design to implementation and from containers to microservices. And you do all that in a close-knit, professional and mega-ambitious team where you have plenty of room for your professionalism and creativity and where you continuously develop yourself.

In short, do you recognize the following points?

• You are available at least 32 hours a week (sure, we're flexible, don't have a 9-to-5 mentality and have been big fans of hybrid working, by the way!)
• You have at least five years of experience as an architect and your fingers itch when we say “landing zones for complex cloud environments”.
• Of course, you have the relevant Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305 in your back pocket, or you are willing to get them quickly. Not that we think those exams are sacred — but we see it as a kind of hygiene, just like brushing our teeth (because we also think that's important!)
• Infrastructure as code is a piece of cake for you and you understand why deployment pipelines are a must;
• You have good speaking and writing skills in English and Dutch
• You are independent, result-oriented and not afraid to defend your point of view if you receive critical questions
