As an AI-First Business Consultant at Blis...

Are you the architect of value creation with AI. You help organizations translate their strategy into challenges and then into tangible applications: AI solutions and agentic workflows that have an impact on efficiency, quality and growth.

You combine business sense with technological vision: you clarify the problem definition, develop the business case and guide customers from idea to proof of concept and implementation. In our pair engineering approach, you work with AI Engineers and UX professionals on projects that focus on speed, feasibility and value.

What are you going to do?

You ensure that the real customer challenge comes to the table through value discovery sessions and interviews. You build business cases, design AI roadmaps and translate requirements into clear specifications for AI Engineers and UX/testers. In addition, you think strategically with Blis about the AI strategy and you are a sparring partner for C-level stakeholders to set the frameworks within which the AI projects can flourish. With your commercial insight, you keep the importance of Blis in mind, both with the customer and within our own strategy.

Together with engineering, you contribute ideas about solution architectures that incorporate quality, ethics and security. You analyze processes, discover automation opportunities and work on “from prompt to process” blueprints with various tools.

You are involved in managing projects from ideation to launch. You prepare decision-making at the C-level, standardize working methods and translate lessons learned into playbooks and use cases.

Finally, you support presales with content input on offers, demos and workshops, and represent Blis at events as a thought leader in AI and hyperautomation.

Must haves

• At least 5 years of experience in consultancy, business analysis in an IT, data or AI environment.

• You have a strong creative and analytical mind and translate this into concrete solutions and value creation for the customer.

• Experience in building business cases and developing roadmaps of operating models and other issues related to value discovery.

• Strong communicative and familiar in working with C-level stakeholders.

• Good command of Dutch and English.

Nice to haves

• Commercial skills such as consultative selling and networking to further grow consultancy propositions with BLiS

• Experience with business (process) analysis and methods such as BPMN and RPA/automation

• In-depth knowledge of various AI tools such as prototyping tools such as V0 and Replit, experience with the various LLM models, knowledge of agentic workflow tools such as N8N.

• Project management skills and experience in managing and controlling larger IT and/or innovation projects

• Experience and skills in innovation management, design thinking, ideation workshops

• Product management skills and/or demonstrable entrepreneurship where experience has been gained in (preferably successful) bringing a digital or AI product to market.

What do we offer you

• Salary of €5700—€8,000 based on 40 hours

• Annual profit sharing

• 25 vacation days

• 1-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract

• Lease car or Mobility Allowance

• Home office worth 250, -

• Hybrid work: 2-3 days at the office in Barendrecht or with the customer
