As an AI Engineer at Blis Digital...

Design, specify, and make your architecture choices for AI-driven software solutions. Your result: converting functional designs into technical designs and high-quality software products, making smart use of code generation and AI and, above all, assessing, orchestrating and monitoring yourself.

You work in small, specialized teams with Business Consultants, developers, testers, UX professionals and (yes) AI agents

Thanks to AI, we switch faster than traditional teams and our way of working continues to develop. You help to further shape them.

What are you going to do?

You translate functional needs into a clear technical design and choose the right architecture. You orchestrate AI agents for code generation, testing, and documentation and keep them on their toes with critical reviews. Together with your team, you deliver working solutions in short steps.

Must-haves

• Proven experience in software development
• Experience in multiple programming languages and understanding of underlying principles
• Minimum higher professional education work and thinking level.
• Able to review and control code and architecture without full-time programming

What do we offer you?

• Salary of €4,150—€8,500 based on 40 hours
• Annual profit sharing
• 25 vacation days
• 1-year contract with a view to a permanent contract
• Lease car or Mobility Allowance
• Home office worth 250, -

• Hybrid work: 2-3 days at the office in Barendrecht or with the customer
