Our interns have a say
At Blis Digital, we believe in investing in the future, in 'the next generation'. “That's why we've been actively contributing to education at various institutions since 2017 through workshops, guest lectures, projects and our internship program. A number of the interns are now permanently employed by us. You can read how they experienced their internship here.

The internship at Blis Digital was a great time for me. The atmosphere within the company was very pleasant, everyone is willing to help on both technical and school levels. From the start, I was immediately included in the team and my ideas were taken seriously. At the end of my internship, I also really felt that I had made an impact within the project. This was because I had created functionalities that are actually used by customers.

At Blis, as an intern, you will seriously work in a Scrum team. You join the team and contribute to a major project. For me, this was a serious challenge that taught me a lot. I was able to discuss well with my colleagues what was a good idea for my internship, so I can look back with pride.

At Blis, you can immediately join a team. Your new colleagues also see you as a full member right away. This way, you'll immediately learn how to code professionally and how the process works in an IT Company. I was particularly interested in setting up projects at Blis. There is a clear structure and you read/learn code much faster this way. I felt very involved in the company. Daily meetings, working for Blis' customers and great colleagues. I liked that I had a lot of freedom in how to solve problems, was able to realize my own ideas and therefore received useful feedback from the seniors at Blis. I recommend doing an internship at Blis if you really want to have a look and feel in a programmer's daily life.
